Details description
The PE/HDPE Plastic Pipe Extrusion Machine is a high-performance
production line designed for manufacturing durable and reliable
polyethylene (PE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes used
in gas distribution, water supply, drainage systems, and other
industrial applications.
Single Screw Extruder
Advanced overall design of direct combination. Efficient screw and
spiral water cooling sleeve in barrel, can realize extruding
material in low melt temperature in high speed.
Relation between capacity and screw rotation speed is nearly
linear, stable extrusion, high reliability, easy for operation.
Vacuum Tank
Vacuum tank is used to shape and cool pipe, so as to reach standard
pipe size. Its shape is advanced foreign
multilateralanti-deformation structure. The cover is made of high
quality casting aluminum alloy. The pipeline adopts the design of
double loop pipeline, realizing non-stop pipeline clean and
function of temperature control.
Cooling Tank
Tank materials: 6-8mm 304 S. S.Materials Water temperature and
level controlling technology; High pressure and stable water jet.
Pressure protection design.
Haul Off (Puller) Machine
A pipe haul off machine pulls fresh pipe from the extruder through
the vacuum and cooling tank.
Cutter Machine
The pipe cutter machine cuts PE pipe to the desired length
programed into the HMI.
Accumulator Machine
An pipe accumulator machine serves the purpose of maintaining a
buffer between the change over of coils.
Coiler Machine
The pipe coiler machine allows you to coil pipe for sale and
distribution (See also automatic coiler machine).
Optional
Extrusion Die Heads
An extrusion die head can be added to your existing extruder
machine to produce 3 layer pipe with a recycled core, allowing you
to save money on raw materials. DRTS always keeps at the forefront
of pipe production introducing new technologies that are geared

3 layer PE pipe has been a great success among our clients. All
DRTS machinery can be also supplied and purchased as a standalone
