16-63mm PE Plastic Pipe Extruder Machine for Sale
APPLICATION:
PE pipe prodution line is primarily used in the manufacturing of PE
pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 1600mm. The various
thickness of the pipes produced can make them suitable for
applications range from urban water supply to gas transportation.
It also excels in the production of anti-flammable and anti-static
electricity pipes using a two or three layer spiral mould for use
in mining industries. Pipes produced feature even wall-thickness
and perfect roundness. Through switching or adding certain part of
machine unit, this line can also be customized to extrude pipes of
various other kinds.

Material Feeding
PE resin pellets (HDPE/LDPE) are fed into the hopper.
Melting & Extrusion
The single-screw extruder heats and melts the plastic, pushing it
through the die head to form a continuous pipe.
Vacuum Sizing & Calibration
The molten pipe passes through a vacuum sizing tank to ensure
precise diameter and roundness.
Cooling System
The pipe is cooled in a water bath or spray cooling chamber to
solidify its structure.
Hauling & Traction
The puller unit grips and pulls the pipe at a controlled speed for
consistent thickness.
Cutting & Winding
For rigid pipes: An automatic cutter cuts them into fixed lengths.
For drip irrigation hoses: A coiling machine winds them into rolls.
Stacking/Packaging
Finished pipes/hoses are collected, inspected, and packed for
shipment.
