Short description:
This coiler is mainly suitable for PE pipe, aluminum-plastic composite pipe, cross-linked composite pipe, corrugated pipe PE pipe and small hose. Mainly with the production line of pipes and other ancillary use, forming a complete set of production lines, online synchronous winding. Generally installed in the rear process of the tractor in the production line, the forming pipe is directly rolled up and packed after traction, avoiding the confusion and inconvenience caused by winding without winding.
Double-disc coiler can make use of two sets of electromagnetic clutches to make two discs work alternately when the motor is not shut down, and unload material in intermittent time to ensure the continuous operation of the whole production line.
