Short desciption
PVC fiber reinforced flexible hose is also called PVC network,
commonly known as plastic flexible metal conduit.
This hose production line consists of extruder,water flume,belt
hauf-off unit,thread braided machine and hose coiler,etc. PVC hose
extrusion line has the characteristics of reasonable match,unique
structure,reliable performance,simple operation,easy maintenance
and continuous producing capacity.The extruder screw and barrel are
nitrided alloy steel.Jacketed water cooling system is on feed zone
and alll zones of barrel are cooling by air blower.Heaters are
mounted on the barrel.

Product detail
Raw Material Feeding
PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, and additives are pre-mixed
and fed into the extruder hopper.
Twin screw extruder machine
The twin-screw extruder conveys, compresses, and melts the PVC
mixture under controlled heating zones.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling
The vacuum calibration tank adopt two chamber structure: the vacuum
calibration and cooling parts. Both of vacuum tank and spraying
cooling tank adopt stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum system
ensures precise sizing for pipes.
Haul-off Unit
The three caterpillar on the haul-off machine ensures produced pipe
running stably and steady. The haul-off units can make tailored
hauling model based on certain production requirement by adjusting
the general control.
Cutting Unit
The high accuracy encoder ensures a precise and stable cutting
length. With PLC control system, it can be cut by manual operation
according to the specific application.
